Terms and Conditions

1. The service

Prep Village provides study guides and practice quizzes to help you prepare for certification exams. It is a study aid only and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a guarantee of passing any official exam (including the FAA Part 107 knowledge test).

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity that happens under your account. Quiz results and progress you generate are stored so they can be shown back to you.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to harm, scrape at abusive volume, or attempt to access other users' data.

4. Communications

By creating an account, you agree that we may email you about your account and the service itself (confirmations, security notices, and similar account activity) — these are not optional and aren't affected by the opt-out below. You also agree that we may email you about other products, features, and offers from Prep Village or its affiliates that we think may interest you. Every marketing email identifies itself as such, includes our postal address, and includes a working unsubscribe link; opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days, consistent with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. You can manage this at any time on the email preferences page.

5. Embedded YouTube videos

Some study guide pages embed instructional videos hosted on YouTube, played through YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed player (youtube-nocookie.com). We don't host, edit, or claim any ownership of this video content — it plays directly from YouTube, and viewing it is subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service.

Every video currently embedded on this site is from one creator, Mr. Mig's Classroom (youtube.com/@MrMigsClassroom). Prep Village is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mr. Mig's Classroom or YouTube, and embedding these videos is not a claim of any such relationship. All rights to each video remain with its creator.

These terms may change as the service develops. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
